Hello!
One of the courses I'm taking is Decision Analytics 1005: a course heavily based on Microsoft Excel. Previously, I honestly imagined my excel skills to be somewhat competent, but as this course has shown, there is way than meets the eye when it comes to excel.
Making tables, keying in formulas? Bah! Child's play. After 10 weeks you will begin to realize that excel is your lifelong companion. No excel and you'll be stuck.
That being said, I have by no means gained more than a speck of knowledge in this massive data bank of possibilities. One thing I found out is that I'm rather stubborn: I will keep at the problem till at least I have some sort of an answer, spending hours in the process.
Surely, the real master of this course is George Dantzig who formulated the whole linear optimization solution. I really marvel at his genius. Regardless, hopefully I'll be able pull this off.
Cheers!
RRR
